How Much Do Your Programs Cost?

The regular price for our multi-week programs range from $120 - $220 for one child. This cost includes a shirt, hat, or other gear. Please see program pages for pricing.



What Are the "8 Empowerment Principles" You Teach in the 8-Week Empowerment Program?

1) Power Words – How we talk about ourselves defines who we are.

2) Positive Thoughts – Our minds are powerful. A positive mindset brings positive things.

3) Aggressive Goals – We dare to believe anything is possible.

4) Personal Resilience – Setbacks are welcomed as an opportunity to grow.

5) Teamwork – We can do more together than we can do alone.

6) Focus – We use Power Words or other tools to block out distractions.

7) Community Vision & Leadership – By being part of a community, we can create great things. As leaders, we have the power to make positive or negative change.

8) New Beginnings – A finish line is just the beginning of a new journey.

What Running Skills Are Covered in the 8-Week Empowerment Program?

1) Warm-up/Cool down – We prepare our bodies to run with a warm-up and prepare it to restore with a cool down.

2) Posture – Posture reflects attitude. Run Club Attitude: relaxed, light, positive feeling while running tall, controlled and looking forward.

3) Pacing – Understand different pacing speeds and when to use each.

4) Energy Direction – Keeping good running form will make your running more efficient so you can go faster for longer periods of time.

5) Speed vs. Endurance – Understand the difference between speed and endurance and how they work together.

6) Stride – Understand stride, cadence and how they relate to speed. Be able to find the “just right” stride during different run speeds.

7) Strength training – Running is a whole-body exercise and strength training is an important part of any running program.

8) Putting it all together – Earn the end of season medal by completing the Medal Challenge.

What if My Child Doesn't Love Running or Sports?

As long as your child likes to play, they will do great! Our run club is designed for kids of all experience and fitness levels, ages 2 to 12 years old. And the physical and emotional skills learned in run club will translate to greater success in all areas of life. We do ask that they show up with a good attitude and a willingness to learn and participate to the best of their ability that day.


Our workshops and multi-week empowerment programs are not 100% running-focused. Children do learn running fundamentals, but they also play games and learn about mindset and character. You may see us with a stopwatch at some classes, but we do not focus exclusively on pure running in our workshops and empowerment programs.

My Child is Already In a Sport. Should I Still Sign Them Up for Run Club?

Our programs are a GREAT supplement to any activity your child is already participating in. Our running games do help provide your child with extra fitness that will give them endurance on the basketball court, soccer field, baseball field, wrestling mat, swimming pool, tennis court, etc. Also, our curriculum can help develop your child’s mindset, which will benefit them in any other sport they enjoy.

None of Your Upcoming Programs Work with My Child's Schedule. Will You Be Adding Other Day/Time Options?

We would love to offer more class options but need to know there is enough interest. If you can get 5 or more kids together, we may be able to create a class for your neighborhood kids, homeschool group, family, etc.
