Our mindset coaching helps kids, teens, and moms by addressing specific goals and problems, places where you're "stuck" and creating shifts in mindset that empower you to be your best. We don't offer psychotherapy or promise to solve mental health issues. We help to clarify and reframe your way of thinking and of seeing problems, obstacles, and challenges. We provide this service as an add-on to our Kids 8-Week Empowerment Program, 5k Endurance Training, or as a stand-alone service. Registration will open soon!
Growth Mindset Coaching for Tampa MOMS
Our growth mindset coaching provides a level of accountability that can be very difficult to achieve from the people in your life. Coaches are objective and will hold you to a higher standard than a friend or loved one who might be uncomfortable asking tough questions and upholding high expectations. We'll help to uncover where your mindset is what is holding you back, give you clarity, and begin working to create a new, empowering mindset.
Growth Mindset Coaching for Tampa KIDS
Mindset coaching for kids provides an adult mentor who is not their parent who can help them change their way of looking at themselves and challenges. Sometimes, kids "tune out" messages from Mom and Dad simply because they're coming from "Mom" and "Dad." If you're having trouble getting through to your child, we may be able to help. We help kids make meaning of the effort they put into achieving their desires, so that they can build confidence and resiliency as they, inevitably, stumble along the way.
