Our 8-Week Endurance 5k Training Group is perfect for any runner who is ready to take on the next challenge. We will focus on building up endurance over the course of 8 weeks and help prepare each runner to run a 5k by the last class.
Pre requisite: must be able to run 1 mile at 12 min pace or under.
